Apply for free and reduced lunch until May 21 We understand that many district families may be experiencing changes in income due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are reaching out to encourage those of you who have been impacted to apply for free and reduced lunch any time before May 21. Applying now even though your student is not at school eating lunch has the following benefits: the State of Illinois may use our student information system to speed along other benefits; registration fees will be waived at the start of the 2020-2021 school year; and your child(ren) will continue to receive free/reduced lunch benefits for the first 30 calendar days of the 2020-21 school year. The last two items will give your family a short window to help recover economically. All applications and statuses are confidential. Call the high school and leave a message at (309) 935-6781 or stop by between 8:00-3:00 M-F for an application.
